Landscape Character

The lowest growing of the native azaleas. It has fragrant flowers and blue/green foliage which turns red in fall.  Spreads by underground stolons.

Wildlife

Flowers visited by butterflies including Swallowtails, Gulf Fritillary, and Monarchs.
